Development plans in process
The preparation and amendment of urban land use plans (land use plan of the municipality of Göllheim and development plans of the local communities) is governed by the German Federal Building Code (BauGB) in its currently valid version. In particular, Part One (§§ 1 - 13 a BauGB) must be observed.
This provides citizens with a new opportunity to obtain additional information on individual procedures. The following data on current urban land use planning procedures, arranged by local municipality, are the result of extended information for citizens.
The legally prescribed procedure is carried out by the Göllheim municipal administration. Legally effective comments must continue to be submitted in writing or on record, in each case during the relevant period, to the Göllheim municipal administration.
The employees of the municipal administration of Göllheim, here Department 2; Natural Resources and Construction, are of course available during normal opening hours.
