Announcement by the municipality of Bubenheim in accordance with Section 46 (3) sentence 1 EnWG regarding the end of the electricity concession agreement

The local municipality of Bubenheim (municipality of Göllheim, district of Donnersbergkreis, Rhineland-Palatinate) announces in accordance with Section 46 (3) EnWG that the existing electricity concession agreement with Pfalzwerke AG for the area of the local municipality of Bubenheim will end on August 31, 2026.

Energy supply companies interested in concluding a new electricity concession agreement with the local municipality of Bubenheim for a term of 20 years are requested to submit their interest in writing to the Göllheim municipal administration, Department II, Freiherr-vom-Stein-Straße 1-3, 67307 Göllheim, within 3 months of publication of this announcement.

The expression of interest must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the inscription "INTERESSENSBEKUNDUNG STROMKONZESSION BUBENHEIM - NICHT ÖFFNEN".

Expressions of interest received after the aforementioned deadline cannot be considered.

The information provided by the previous grid operator in accordance with Section 46a EnWG on the technical and economic situation of the grid can be requested in writing from the Göllheim municipal administration, Department II, Freiherr-vom-Stein-Straße 1-3, 67307 Göllheim. The prerequisite for this is the signing of a confidentiality agreement; this will be made available on request.
