Do you have questions regarding the care of elderly people and people in need of care or the care of fully-aged disabled people in institutions of care or integration assistance?
The advisory and inspection authority based at the State Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Care in accordance with the State Act on Forms of Housing and Participation LWTG (BP-LWTG) offers comprehensive advice for
- Residents,
- Resident Councils,
- Family and caregiver advisory councils,
- Resident advocates
It is the point of contact for questions, complaints and problems that affected persons, relatives, employees or volunteers cannot address and/or solve directly with the contact persons in the facilities.
The advisory and auditing authority under the LWTG, which is based at the State Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Supply, carries out monitoring and control tasks in facilities for the elderly and disabled. It also offers comprehensive advice on the rights and obligations of providers and persons planning or operating facilities for the disabled and elderly.
In fundamental questions concerning the scope of the state law on forms of living and participation, the consulting and auditing authority also informs initiators of self-organized residential communities as well as their residents.
