Flying structures apply for execution permit
Service description
Flying structures require an execution permit before they are erected and put into use for the first time. This does not apply to the temporary structures that are exempt from the procedure listed in Section 76 (2) sentence 2 LBauO.
The execution permit replaces the building permit in the case of temporary structures and thus enables the repeated erection, operation and dismantling of these structures at different locations after the acceptance for use has been completed.

What are the fees?
Fees are charged for the execution permit. They are based on the annex to Section 2 (2) of the State Ordinance on Responsibility and Remuneration for the Issuance of Execution Permits for Temporary Structures.
What deadlines do I have to observe?
Pursuant to Section 76 (5) LBauO, execution permits are to be issued or extended for a specified period, which shall not exceed five years.
Annex 2 of the Circular of the Ministry of Finance dated December 1, 2015 (Construction Supervision Requirements for Flying Structures) contains the deadlines appropriate for the execution permits and their extensions, taking into account the specifics of flying structures.

What else should I know?
The execution approval shall be entered in an inspection book. The construction documents marked with an approval note are to be attached to the inspection book. Before a flying construction is to be put into operation, this must be reported to the responsible lower building supervisory authority at the installation site, and the inspection book must be presented.
