Dangerous dogs permit application
Service description
You need a permit to keep a dangerous dog. By law, dangerous dogs are dogs of the following breeds, including dogs descended from these breeds:
- American Staffordshire Terrier,
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier,
- Pit Bull Terrier.
In addition, dogs are considered dangerous if they show increased aggression or have already attracted attention as biting.

The importation or movement of dangerous dogs into the federal territory is regulated by the Act on the Restriction of the Movement or Importation of Dangerous Dogs into the Country.
