Rent arrears

In principle, there is no entitlement to the assumption of debts. However, there are exceptions. In individual cases, for example, debts can be assumed that jeopardize the securing of reasonable maintenance - i.e. rental debts or interest installments in the case of home ownership, but not the repayment installments.

Rental deposit

If one is unable to raise the rent deposit in the event of a necessary change of residence to an appropriate apartment, this payment can be taken over in individual cases - usually in the form of a loan.
