Together with the land register, the real estate cadastre ensures the security of ownership of land and gives it marketability and creditworthiness.
If the course of a boundary is unclear on the ground or if boundary markers are missing, the binding boundary points or parcel boundaries for the parcel in the real estate cadastre can be transferred to the ground as part of a boundary determination procedure (boundary determination or boundary reconstruction).
What are the fees?
The state ordinance on the fees of the surveying and cadastral authorities and the expert committees (special schedule of fees) is authoritative. For an average boundary determination, fees amounting to approx.
