Residents' certificate
Service description
Anliegerbescheinigungen are declarations by the city or municipality about a possible obligation to pay contributions for development or expansion services and about the location of a property on a public road. If you want to purchase a plot of land, a residents' certificate will give you greater financial planning security.
The following levies or contributions are eligible:- Development contributions (§§ 124 ff. BauGB), road expansion contributions
- Water and wastewater supply contributions

- Forest Conservation Dues

What documents are needed?
- informal application with the address of the builder and the address of the land plot to be built on
- Proof of ownership of the land plot (copy of the land register registration)
- Preliminary building application (copy, if available)
- Excerpt from cadastral map (copy)
What are the fees?
The issuance of resident certificates is subject to a fee. The fees vary from region to region.
