Land readjustment in accordance with the Building Code (reallocation)
Service description
In order to develop or redesign areas, developed and undeveloped plots of land can be reorganized by means of reallocation in accordance with the German Building Code (BauGB) in such a way that plots of land are created which are suitably designed in terms of location, shape and size for construction or other use.
In simple cases, the municipality can carry out a simplified reallocation in accordance with the Building Code. The simplified reallocation can be completed more cost-effectively and generally more quickly due to the streamlined procedural requirements.
What are the fees?
The increase in the value of the land resulting from the reallocation shall be compensated in money by the owners.
