Have a boundary survey conducted
Service description
A boundary survey officially records the exact location of a parcel of land's existing boundary on-site. This helps prevent disputes with neighbors and permanently secure your property.
This process is based on the information in the real estate cadastre. To this end, the boundary points are marked on-site using the documents from the real estate cadastre. Owners and leaseholders of the affected parcels are invited to a boundary survey meeting. There, they can learn about the boundary lines, provide input, and voice any concerns. The results are recorded in the minutes.
What are the fees?
All public surveying agencies charge fees uniformly in accordance with the State Ordinance on Fees Charged by Surveying and Cadastral Authorities and Appraisal Committees (Special Schedule of Fees).
Additional costs are incurred for entering the survey results into the real estate cadastre.
The key factors affecting the billing for boundary determination and demarcation include, in particular, the number of boundary points, the scope and type of demarcation, and the land value of the parcels in question.
