Service description
Building projects in the inner area are, among other things, only permissible if the development is secured. Development is the responsibility of the municipality. Properties are developed if the development facility provides access to their boundary and thus access in the sense of road law. This access is also fulfilled in the case of residential properties if it is possible to walk up onto them.The costs for the development are distributed among the developed properties, whereby a municipal share of at least 10% is to be taken into account. If a road is only under construction and has not yet been finally constructed, advance payments may be made on the future contribution obligation. This advance payment is offset against the final contribution liability.
