Burning vegetable waste

Plants and plant parts that accumulate on agricultural or horticultural land outside the built-up area may be burned on site if they cannot be added to the soil for agricultural reasons or because of their nature.

If more than three cubic meters of vegetable waste are burned, the responsible regulatory authority must be notified.
