    According to the Federal Registration Act, you have the right to object to the transfer of your data for the following cases without giving reasons:

    • Objection to the transmission of data to political parties, voter groups and other election proposals in connection with elections (Section 50 (5) of the German Federal Data Protection Act in conjunction with Section 50 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act).
    • Objection to the transmission of data on the occasion of anniversaries of age and marriage to elected officials, the press or radio (Section 50 (5) BMG in conjunction with Section 50 (2) BMG).
    • Objection to the transfer of data to address book publishers (Section 50 (5) BMG in conjunction with Section 50 (3) BMG)
    • Objection to the transmission of data to religious societies under public law to which the person required to register does not belong, but to which family members of the person required to register belong (Section 42 (3) BMG in conjunction with Section 42 (2) BMG).
    • Objection to the transfer of data to the Federal Office of Personnel Management of the German Armed Forces ((Section 36 (2) BMG in conjunction with Section 58 c (1) of the German Soldiers Act)
