Report channel fault

Before reporting blockages, make sure that they are not on private property. The property owner is responsible for the pipes on the property up to the main sewer and is obliged to maintain them. In the inspection shaft, if available, it can be checked whether the wastewater from the property still flows properly and the blockage must be in the municipal network. If a control manhole is available, it is usually located on the property or as an inspection manhole in the building (for example, in the basement or connection room). It should be accessible at all times.

Precise information on the location of the blockage will facilitate its removal. The following information is important when reporting:

• Name, address and callback number of the reporting party,
• Details of the location of the blockage (street, house number),
• if possible, describe more detailed location.
